When you contact us through this website, we use what you share to help you with your enquiry.
What we collect
When you send a viewing request or enquiry, we collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the vehicle you asked about, your preferred viewing date and time, and any message you write. We also record when the request was sent and which showroom the vehicle was at.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange and confirm a viewing, and keep a record of the conversation so the right person can help you. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Your request is seen by Bug’s Car Sale staff who handle enquiries for the relevant showroom. It is stored with our service providers (Google Firebase) who host it on our behalf.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We may note the outcome of the conversation in our own records.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page or any showroom and we’ll take care of it.
